Acton Fair Concessionaire’s Code of Conduct
• Appropriate Dress
• Noise Level
• No Offense Language
• No Offensive Displays
• Food Vendors Must have the appropriate licenses
• All signage must be within the rented space
• All Signs, Graphics, Pictures, Videos, etc. Must be suitable for the general
public as determined by the Directors of Acton Fair or their Agent.
• Smoking will be in accordance to Maine State Law
• No Illegal Drug Paraphernalia use or sales
• All Business will occur inside the area rented
