A Letter from the President

Welcome to the Acton Fair!

We’re excited to open our gates once again to friends, neighbors, and visitors from near and far.

Last year’s fair was a hit. The petting zoo brought smiles to families, and it was hard not to enjoy watching kids get up close with the animals. We can’t wait to have it back this year. Our new plowing demonstrations drew a big crowd, and the truck pull continues to grow as a fan favorite.

Our barns will once again be bustling with animals cared for by dedicated farmers and hardworking young people. The exhibit barns showcase the talent and dedication of all our exhibitors, celebrating the rich tradition of the Acton Fair and the future of Maine agriculture.

Be sure to check out our nightly shows and the lively midway.  They keep the fair going strong well into the evening—full of lights, laughter, and the kind of fun folks remember year after year.

The Acton Fair is all about family fun, community, and keeping traditions alive. None of this would be possible without our volunteers, sponsors, exhibitors, and the support of our local community.
